Overview

The PowerPoint Co-Working & Managed Spaces runs coworking centres and managed offices across Baner, Pune, for freelancers, startups and growing teams.

At The Impact Engine, I designed the responsive website end to end: research, information architecture, UI for six page templates, and on-site design reviews with the client.

Challenge

Pune's coworking market is crowded with national brands. The client wanted a modern, minimal website that would stand out from those competitors.

It also had to tell the company's story from the very beginning, and make it easy to compare centres and book a tour.

Approach

Minimal by rule. One purple, one orange highlight word per heading, real photos of the centres and generous white space, so the brand feels calm next to busier competitors.

Centres first. Every centre card shows availability, seats and area, with a map toggle, and every page ends in a three-field tour form.

Reviewed in the room. I took the designs to the client's centre for feedback. Two iterations later, the direction was approved.

V1 · First direction
Homepage version 1
An italic serif display face for a premium feel.
V2 · After review 1
Homepage version 2
Refined after the first on-site review with the client.
Final · After review 2
Final homepage
A clean geometric sans throughout, to match “modern, minimal”.

Outcome

The site is live. The client has received positive comments on it from members, prospects and partners, and it now brings in good leads through the tour-booking flow.

Phone-first for the first visit

Every template was designed for mobile too. Multi-column sections stack into single cards, and the centres keep their map toggle on a phone.
