Redesigning a 400-acre township's website to sell a city, not just a project.
Overview
Pride World City is Pride Group's 400-acre integrated township in Charholi, Pune, with five residential projects on one site and a new launch, Miami.
At The Impact Engine, I redesigned the website: an audit of the old site, information architecture, desktop and mobile UI, and design QA on the build.
Challenge
The old site hid its projects behind a hamburger, its counters read "0+", and it sold the developer instead of the township buyers were asking about.
Buyers needed to see the scale of the city, find the right project fast and reach sales in one tap, on a phone as easily as on a laptop.
Approach
Show the scale, then hand over the map. A full-bleed aerial hero, a projects menu in one hover, and real counters where the "0+" used to be.
Honest about a growing city. Amenities are split into Delivered, Coming soon and Upcoming, with real photos of what exists today.
One project template, five projects. Launch hero, anchor tabs, master plan, floor plans with brochures, neighbourhood and FAQs, so every project page answers the same buyer questions.

Outcome
The redesigned site is live at prideworldcity.com on desktop and mobile, with a shared project template, real counters, four quick ways to reach sales, and design QA completed on the build.
